This place is great, to say the least. The food tastes good and there is a very friendly staff. the dishes are excellent.

It seems like every week a new Chinese restaurant opens in Dubuque, but there's still only one option for Thai and Vietnamese - Asian Gourmet. The restaurant is small and four people will be a bit tight around a table. But the food is wonderful. My favorite dish is Massaman Beef Thai, although the Pad Thai is also excellent. Try the spring rolls as an appetizer. The wait staff are friendly but inexperienced. Prices are very reasonable, and there's almost never a wait.
